The Basterfield E22128(DC-112) Double Bowl Pot Sink with Centre Bowls is a heavy-duty stainless steel unit designed for rigorous use in hygiene-sensitive environments. Manufactured from 1.2mm thick Grade 304 stainless steel, this sink provides superior corrosion resistance, durability, and ease of cleaning. For applications requiring higher chemical resistance, a Grade 316 stainless steel option is available upon request. The sink’s design ensures compliance with strict hygiene requirements, making it particularly well-suited to food production facilities, medical and hospital environments, laboratories, and hygiene processing areas.

The unit incorporates two large bowls, each measuring 600mm (L) x 500mm (W) x 300mm (D), positioned centrally within the sink length. A 60mm wide tapware landing is integrated to the rear of the bowls, allowing convenient mounting of mixers or taps. The marine edge running around the perimeter of the sink provides effective containment of water and liquids, reducing spillage and ensuring safety in high-use environments. The sink is offered in standard lengths ranging from 1650mm to 2400mm, in 50mm increments, with a consistent standard width of 650mm. The working height is 900mm to the top surface, or 1050mm including the integral 150mm rear splashback.

The E22128 sink is supported on a robust Grade 304 stainless steel framework, eliminating the need for backing sheets, galvanised sections, or hidden materials that can compromise hygiene. The frame includes adjustable feet for levelling on uneven surfaces. Each bowl is fitted with a standard Ø40mm waste outlet hole to suit common commercial drainage fittings. For added versatility, the sink can be supplied with optional undershelves in either galvanised or stainless steel, or with a stainless steel tubular rack for storage and drying.
