Cleaning of these boots from one work area to the next can often be a time consuming task that wastes productive time. In mining and manufacturing environments, these boots may even have picked up valuable materials that need to be removed before exit from the site.
The B65852 Motorised Dry Boot Scrubber Station enables boots to be cleaned as the user walks through the system. A push button activates the motorised brushes enabling boots to be thoroughly cleaned. One rolling brush contacts the boot along the sole and the other cleans the upper part of the boot. The brushes are driven by individual heavy-duty motors and gearboxes ensuring a long-lasting and durable unit. The brushes can be easily removed without tools ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance. The mild steel frame is powder coated to prevent against rust. Adjustable feet are provided allowing the unit to be leveled on the floor.
