What it is and why it works
The E24111(SL3) electric water urn combines simmerstat heat control with low-water-level protection for catering beverage service. The protection system disconnects the element at a preset low water level, and a warning light indicates that refilling is needed.
Grade 304 stainless steel construction includes a draw-off tap with replaceable seat and insulated carrying handles. A 1.2 m flexible cord and three-pin plug are fitted. Select the required capacity from the published configurations.
