The M48980(1000x396x900) Splitting Saw Steriliser Stainless Steel 220V 3kW is a heavy-duty mobile unit developed for the hygienic sterilisation of splitting saws in abattoirs and commercial meat-processing facilities. Manufactured from 2mm thick Grade 304 stainless steel, the unit provides excellent durability, corrosion resistance and an easily cleaned finish suitable for hygiene-critical environments. Its robust construction is designed for long-term commercial and industrial use.
The steriliser measures 1000mm (L) x 396mm (W) x 900mm (H) and is supported by a strong 40mm square tubular stainless steel framework. It is mounted on castors for convenient positioning, with two lockable castors providing stability during operation. Water is heated by a 220V, 3kW electric element fitted with thermostatic control for adjustable temperature management. An integrated float switch cuts power to the element when the water level is too low, helping to prevent dry heating and premature element failure. The unit includes a ½" ball valve water inlet and a ½" drainage outlet.
