The SL3 range heats milk indirectly through a water jacket, with adjustable simmerstat control and a dedicated milk tap. A guarded sight glass makes the jacket water level easy to check, while float-operated low water level protection helps protect the heating element. Capacities from 5L to 30L let you match the batch size to your service demand.
