The Basterfield E24890(SL3) milk boiler keeps warm milk ready to hand for hot-drink preparation and catering service. Pre-heating a batch ahead of a busy period helps reduce repeated small-batch heating and supports faster turnaround when orders build up.
For barista operations and coffee counters, a ready supply of warm milk can support drink preparation during peak service. The E24890(SL3) is also useful for coffee trucks, fêtes, markets and event catering where hot drinks are prepared repeatedly and a suitable electrical supply is available.
The water jacket heats the milk indirectly, while adjustable simmerstat control lets staff manage heat input for preparation and service. A dedicated milk tap makes draw-off convenient, with a separate water tap for the jacket. A choice of capacities lets you match the batch size to your service demand.
Float-operated low water level protection helps protect the heating element by cutting its power when jacket water falls to a preset low level. A guarded sight glass makes the water level easy to check during service.
