Product overview
The Basterfield B38135 is a wall mounted boot rack manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel. Individual square tubular prongs support each boot, while integral brackets provide the wall mounting arrangement. The open layout keeps wellington and work boots organised at a dedicated storage point.
Choose from capacities of 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 or 36 boot pairs. Each model is 396 mm wide. Length and height vary with the selected model, so check both the required number of pairs and the available wall space. The 8- and 12-pair models have the same supplied overall dimensions; their stated storage capacities remain different.
B38135(P08): 8 boot pairs; 1050 mm length x 396 mm width x 924 mm height.
B38135(P12): 12 boot pairs; 1050 mm length x 396 mm width x 924 mm height.
B38135(P16): 16 boot pairs; 1050 mm length x 396 mm width x 1134 mm height.
B38135(P20): 20 boot pairs; 1310 mm length x 396 mm width x 1134 mm height.
B38135(P24): 24 boot pairs; 1050 mm length x 396 mm width x 1590 mm height.
B38135(P36): 36 boot pairs; 1570 mm length x 396 mm width x 1590 mm height.
Applications include changing rooms, locker rooms, footwear storage areas and PPE storage points. Typical settings include food-processing and packing premises, farms, commercial laundries, manufacturing workplaces, mines and construction sites. It can also provide boot storage in healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical, veterinary and catering support areas where work boots are used.
Mount the rack to a suitable load-bearing wall or support structure using fixings selected for the substrate and loaded rack. Set the installation height to suit access, boot clearance and cleaning around the rack. Overall product height is separate from mounting height above the floor.
The prong arrangement leaves space around stored footwear for air circulation. Clean the rack using products and methods suitable for Grade 304 stainless steel and the workplace cleaning procedure. Inspect the rack and mounting fixings as part of routine maintenance.
