The Basterfield B65852 is a compact walk-through dry boot scrubber for construction sites, mines and industrial workplaces. It removes dirt from boot soles and sides as personnel move between work areas.
The frame is manufactured from powder-coated mild steel. A push button activates two scrubbing brushes, each driven by its own motor and gearbox. The brushes can be removed without tools for cleaning and maintenance, and adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled during installation.
Both models measure 1560 mm long × 790 mm wide × 1511 mm high. B65852(V1-220) is the 220 V model and B65852(V1-380) is the 380 V model. Select the voltage that matches the specified site supply.
This unit operates dry, without added water, detergents or sanitising fluids. Its coated mild-steel construction and dry cleaning method are intended for industrial dirt removal. It is not a food-hygiene boot washer or a disinfection station and is unsuitable for wet washing.
