The B22325 Wall Mounted Surgeon’s Scrub-Up Trough is easy to clean and requires little maintenance as it is manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel with a satin polish finish. The scrub unit has been built to be durable and able to withstand arduous daily use. All corners of the unit are fully welded with the welds being ground and polished. This prevents gaps and crevices where microbials could potentially grow. This also ensures the unit can be easily kept in a hygienic state – critical to sanitary environments. The uni includes an integral splashback and optional end panels that assist in keeping the surrounding wash area clean and dry. The unit features a trough sink designed to offer efficient drainage from the included waste outlet which can be orientated as left-hand or right-hand. The trough is deep so as to ensure there is enough space to ensure thorough rinsing is comfortable. The underside of the trough is coated in a vermin proof bitumastic sound deadening which reduces drumming noises during operation. Wastewater is efficiently drained from the unit and out via the provided waste outlet.

The B22325 Wall Mounted Surgeon’s Scrub-Up Trough comes equipped with a mixing valve which pre-mixes hot and cold water so as to deliver water and a pre-set and temperature. This ensures water is always supplied at a constant and comfortable temperature and prevents scalding. The valves are elbow activated but can be supplied with electronically activated valves. Thee scrub unit is wall mounted and can be easily secured to the wall with the heavy duty stainless steel wall mounting brackets. The unit can be used in hospitals, operating rooms, emergency rooms and Ambulatory Surgical Centres (ASCs).
