Product overview
The B37355(DC-E) is a large format, 2250mm-long double-bowl utensil wash sink for oversized pots, trays and utensils. Its two centre bowls each measure 1000mm (L) × 990mm (W) × 500mm (D), providing generous space for manual washing and rinsing in commercial kitchens, bakeries, institutional catering facilities and food processing wash areas.
Manufactured from 1.5mm Grade 304 stainless steel, each model is supplied as a complete sink with an integral extended splashback. Choose a splashback height of 300mm, 500mm, 800mm or 1000mm to suit the installation.
Each bowl has a Ø90mm pre-punched hole. An overhead pre-rinse spray with mixer taps and 90mm basket strainer waste fittings are available as optional items and are supplied separately. Select two waste fittings for the double-bowl sink, one per bowl. Confirm tapware mounting, spray reach and drainage connections when specifying the installation.

Two Deep Centre Bowls
Each bowl measures 1000mm (L) × 990mm (W) × 500mm (D), providing separate spaces for washing and rinsing large cookware and utensils.
1.5mm Grade 304 Stainless Steel
The sink is manufactured from 1.5mm Grade 304 stainless steel for commercial utensil washing.
Integral Splashback Options
Choose a 300mm, 500mm, 800mm or 1000mm-high integral splashback. Each model is supplied as a complete sink with its splashback.
Ø90mm Pre-Punched Waste Holes
Each bowl has a Ø90mm pre-punched hole. The 90mm basket strainer waste fittings are optional and supplied separately, with two recommended per double-bowl sink.
Optional Overhead Pre-Rinse Spray
An overhead pre-rinse spray with mixer taps is available separately. Confirm the mounting position, water supplies and spray reach for the installation.
