Product overview
The Basterfield B57110(0500) compact two-basket grease trap is suitable for single bowls and prep sinks. It measures 500 × 300 × 400 mm (L × W × H) and has diameter 50 mm inlet and outlet connections.
Grade 304 stainless steel construction uses a 0.9 mm main-body thickness. The two-basket system has a primary basket with diameter 6 mm perforations and a secondary basket with diameter 3 mm perforations. A drop-on lid with a handle provides access from above.
Choose one of three inlet/outlet layouts: opposite sides; both connections on the same side (front); or front and side at 90° to each other. Each configuration has one inlet and one outlet.
The range also includes a larger 700 × 400 × 400 mm model with 110 mm connections for large format sinks and pot sinks. Confirm the sink discharge flow, grease load, pipe connections and installation space when selecting a model.
Images illustrate the outlet layouts using the larger model. The compact model dimensions are 500 × 300 × 400 mm with 50 mm connections.
