Fixed sole-cleaning brush block fitted at each wash station of the B65166(2P) manual boot washer. Replace worn brush blocks to keep sole cleaning effective. The number of brush blocks needed depends on how many stations the unit has.
Features & benefits
Hand- or wrist-operated mixer lever
Water flow is controlled by a mixer lever that can be operated by hand or wrist. Wrist operation reduces direct hand contact with the lever.
Key wash-area components in Grade 304 stainless steel
The main body, structural frame, handrails and wetted surfaces of the wash enclosure are Grade 304 stainless steel. The complete assembly also includes a galvanised mild-steel rear cover, copper internal pipework, and functional components made from other suitable materials.
1½-inch BSPT waste connection
The standard waste outlet is 1½-inch BSP with a BSPT tapered thread. Outlet position depends on the selected station configuration, helping match the unit to the intended drainage layout.
Installation-ready water-pressure guidance
Connect to a normal reticulated water supply. A nominal supply pressure of approximately 300 kPa is recommended, and pressure at the mixer must not exceed 600 kPa. Where site pressure exceeds this limit, install a suitable pressure-reducing valve.
Freestanding levelling feet with optional floor anchoring
The unit is freestanding on adjustable feet for levelling. Where required, the adjustable footplates may be anchored to the floor to secure the unit.
