Product overview
The Basterfield M50144 sausage table provides a dedicated workstation for sausage preparation in butcheries and meat-processing premises. The heavy-duty table is manufactured in 1.2mm Grade 304 stainless steel and measures 1700mm long × 600mm wide × 900mm high.
The worktop is recessed by 30mm and incorporates a vertically downward pipe. The pipe has an outside diameter of 22mm and an inside diameter of 19.05mm. The vertical distance from the table top to the end of the pipe is 100mm.
The pipe is centred, with its centre offset 80mm from the inside face of the recess. Use the table-top-to-pipe-end measurement and the recess-face-to-pipe-centre measurement when planning the workstation layout and space beneath the table.
This configuration is supplied under item code M50144(112-1700x600x900). It is intended for sausage preparation and related meat-preparation workstation use.
