Product description
The Basterfield B17110(L380-DPB) is a low-level, wall-mounted stainless steel cistern for WC pans with a top-entry flush inlet. It has a 9-litre capacity and measures 408 mm (L) x 156 mm (W) x 258 mm (H). The enclosure and lid are manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel with a satin brushed finish.
The cistern includes the flushing system components, inlet control valve and float control mechanism, together with a straight PVC flush pipe and rubber bung. The stainless steel lid is secured with fixing screws. These components are included in the cistern price; the WC pan is a separate item.
Top-entry describes the connection to the WC pan. The cistern water supply uses a side inlet. A right-hand flush handle is standard; a left-hand handle is available on request and must be specified when ordering.
Use this cistern for exposed flushing installations in public restrooms and institutional, commercial or industrial ablution facilities, including schools, healthcare premises, factories and correctional facilities. Mount the cistern on a suitable wall and coordinate its height, the flush pipe alignment and the water supply with the selected pan and site layout.
The cistern can be ordered on its own or selected as an optional accessory for compatible top-entry WC pans, including the applicable B17654, B17655, B17657 and B17659 models. Back-entry pans and toilets with an integral close-coupled cistern use different flushing arrangements.
Designed and manufactured in South Africa. Clean the satin stainless steel surfaces using products and methods suitable for Grade 304 stainless steel, and retain access for servicing the flushing components.
