Product overview
The B34656 wall-mounted wash trough provides shared handwashing in production areas, staff changing facilities and institutional washrooms. Applications include food processing, packing and general manufacturing facilities.
Fully welded 1.2 mm Grade 304 stainless steel construction with a brushed finish provides a durable surface for routine cleaning. Bib spouts are installed in the integral upstand, which provides a splash barrier behind the washing area. The sloped trough directs water towards the waste outlet.
Knee-operated demand valves control the water flow. This allows users to wash without turning a hand tap. A thermostatic valve can be specified for a premixed warm-water supply; it is not included in the standard configurations.
Station count is matched to length: 1200 mm has two stations, 1800 mm has three stations, and 2400 mm has four stations. Select a left-hand or right-hand waste outlet to suit the plumbing route.
The trough is supplied with heavy-duty wall brackets. Optional front support legs use 40 x 40 mm square tube in Grade 304 stainless steel and are included as part of the selected complete trough configuration. Support legs are optional but recommended when the unit is mounted to ISO panels without additional support, and for 2400 mm units. Front legs supplement the wall mounting.
