Product overview
The Basterfield B34674 provides shared handwashing space in schools, factories and public ablutions. Its rear tap landing accommodates deck-mounted pillar taps or spouts, allowing the tap layout to be planned for the installation.
The trough is manufactured from 0.91mm Grade 304 stainless steel with welded construction and a brushed dull-polish finish. The basin slopes towards a 40mm waste outlet, available on the left or right to suit the drainage layout. A 50mm integral splashback is standard; extended splashback configurations are also available by quotation.
The trough is 390mm wide from front to back, with an 80mm rear tap landing. The waste centre is 125mm from the selected outlet end and 219mm from the rear edge. The front-view dimension from tap-landing level to the low end of the basin is 152mm. For the standard 50mm splashback configuration without front support legs, the overall vertical envelope is 401mm including the wall brackets and splashback. This is the product envelope, not the installation height above the floor. Extended splashbacks and front support legs change the overall height; confirm their required dimensions separately.
Choose a length of 1200mm, 1800mm or 2400mm. Tap holes are not punched as standard, even though the product illustrations show a possible drilled layout. Agree the tap or spout selection, hole sizes and spacing before ordering.
For planning, allow approximately 600mm per user: about 2 users at 1200mm, 3 at 1800mm and 4 at 2400mm. These figures are indicative guidance rather than a fixed tap or spout count. More taps or spouts may fit where the chosen layout allows.
Front support legs are optional. Select Front Support Legs: Yes for a complete trough configuration with 25 × 25mm square tubular Grade 304 stainless steel legs and adjustable feet for levelling. These models have -SL inside the item-code brackets. Models selected without legs exclude them. All configurations are designed for wall mounting using heavy-duty brackets.
When specifying the trough, confirm the wall construction and fixing method, installation height, tapware and drilling layout, waste fitting, trap and pipework. For an extended splashback, also confirm the required height. Published standard-configuration prices exclude VAT; extended splashback configurations are quoted to suit the selected requirements.

Optional Front Support Legs
Select Front Support Legs: Yes for 25 × 25mm square tubular Grade 304 stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. The legs form part of the selected -SL configuration.
Flexible Tap Layout
