Product overview
The Basterfield B36658 is a Grade 304 stainless steel knee-operated wash hand basin with 0.9mm main construction for hands-free water control at workplace handwashing points. Its Easy Push front panel can be operated with either knee, leaving both hands free for washing. An aerated gooseneck spout supplies the basin, and an easy-mount wall bracket with multiple fixing holes supports installation. The basin has a pre-punched 40mm waste outlet and a 15mm water inlet.
Demand valve activation is the standard choice: water flows while the knee panel is pressed. Choose B36658(D) with the 50mm standard splashback or B36658(DE) with the extended stainless steel splashback.
Metered valve activation is available under advanced customisation. It supplies water for a preset period after activation. Select B36658(M) with the 50mm standard splashback or B36658(ME) with the extended splashback.
Use the B36658 at personnel handwashing points in food-processing facilities, commercial kitchens, catering areas and staff change rooms. It also provides a knee-operated option for healthcare and laboratory support areas where this arrangement meets the project specification. Confirm overall and bowl dimensions, mounting height, site services and access before installation.
