B38136 Eco Freestanding Single-Sided Boot Rack

The Basterfield B38136 Eco boot rack provides freestanding, single-sided storage for wellington and work boots. The rack is manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel with a welded frame and solid round-bar prongs that support boots clear of the floor. Its open layout keeps footwear organised and allows access for cleaning around the rack.

Select a capacity of 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 or 36 boot pairs. A pair means two boots. Every model is 500 mm wide; length and overall height depend on the selected model. The 8- and 12-pair options share the same overall dimensions but provide different storage capacities.

B38136(P12): 12 boot pairs; 1065 mm (L) x 500 mm (W) x 1000 mm (H).

B38136(P16): 16 boot pairs; 1065 mm (L) x 500 mm (W) x 1250 mm (H).

B38136(P20): 20 boot pairs; 1065 mm (L) x 500 mm (W) x 1500 mm (H).

B38136(P24): 24 boot pairs; 1065 mm (L) x 500 mm (W) x 1750 mm (H).

B38136(P36): 36 boot pairs; 1598 mm (L) x 500 mm (W) x 1500 mm (H).

Applications include changing rooms, locker rooms, footwear storage areas and PPE storage points. Typical settings include food and beverage processing, meat and poultry plants, dairies, seafood processing, farms, produce packhouses, commercial laundries and manufacturing workplaces. The rack can also organise work boots in mining, construction, pharmaceutical, veterinary, laboratory, healthcare and catering support areas where this footwear is used.

Position the rack on a suitable level floor with clear access from the storage side. Allow enough space to place and remove boots, keep circulation routes clear and clean around the base. Use the selected model dimensions when planning the layout.

The open prong arrangement allows air circulation around stored footwear. Clean the rack using products and methods suitable for Grade 304 stainless steel and the workplace cleaning procedure. Inspect the frame and boot supports during routine maintenance.
