Product overview
The Basterfield B65230 is a single-station motorised boot scrubber manufactured in South Africa. Its Grade 304 stainless steel construction, robust bristles and protective grid support routine wet footwear cleaning. The unit is used by one person at a time, cleaning one boot at a time with brushes arranged for the sole and lower sides.
Operation is controlled manually with on/off controls. Switching the unit on starts the brushes rotating, opens the ½″ solenoid for water spray onto the brushes and starts inline soap dosing. A peristaltic soap dosing pump provides an adjustable soap flow rate.
A 0.37kW motor drives the brushes, with motor protection provided by a built-in motor starter. The control arrangement includes an isolator, emergency stop and pilot lights showing power and unit-running status. Choose the 220V single-phase or 380V three-phase configuration for the required electrical supply.
The wash trough has a 1½″ BSP drainage outlet at the bottom rear. Allow access to the water supply, drainage connection and electrical controls when positioning the station.
Use the B65230 at a dedicated footwear-cleaning point between changing and production areas. Suitable applications include wet boot-cleaning routines in food and beverage plants, meat and poultry processing, dairy facilities, seafood processing and fresh-produce packhouses. Plan for users to clean each boot in turn.
