Perforated stainless steel insert pans and baskets in sizes for 10L, 20L, 30L, 40L, 50L and 60L vessels. Choose a one-third-height insert pan or a full-height basket, then select the matching vessel capacity.
Select both Compatible Vessel Capacity and Insert Height Fraction to identify the required configuration. The 1/3 and 1/1 designations refer to insert height. They are not Gastronorm sizes, and the listed litre capacity refers to the intended vessel rather than the volume of the insert pan or basket.
