Free-standing Grade 304 stainless steel bulk knife steriliser with a 30-knife capacity for food processing wash areas.
Fabricated from Grade 304 (18/10) stainless steel, this unit offers outstanding corrosion resistance, strength, and durability in demanding washdown environments. The steriliser is capable of holding up to 30 knives, which are supported on a removable perforated tray for ease of loading, handling, and cleaning. A drop-on lid with side handles covers the sterilising chamber during operation.
The unit is equipped with a thermostatically controlled heating system, with options for 3 kW / 220 V single-phase or 6 kW / 380V three-phase operation.
A standout feature of this steriliser is its continuous draw-off system, which allows a regulated flow of clean water into the base of the basin via a lever-operated ball valve, while excess water flows out through a dedicated overflow outlet at the top.
