Free-standing Plaster of Paris preparation sink for mixing and wash-up tasks in clinical plaster preparation areas.

Manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, the unit is easy to clean and low on maintenance. All visible surfaces are finished to an aesthetically pleasing satin polish finish. The plaster of paris preparation sink is a one-piece, fully welded construction eliminating joints or crevices. This reduces the potential of the build-up of contaminants in hard to reach places ensuring the unit is easy to maintain in a sanitary condition. The top slap features a sloped drip ledge recess which assists in keeping the preparation area clean and dry. The integral splashback to the rear further assists in maintaining a clean preparation area.

The unit includes a preparation bowl for the ergonomic preparation of plaster of paris. The bowl features a 40 mm waste outlet which discharges into the waste cylinder. The waste cylinder features a removable plaster stainer / sump which collects plaster of paris discharged from the preparation sink. This allows for the collection of plaster of paris and minimises the potential of costly blocked drains. The waste cylinder has a 40 mm waste outlet at the bottom and is supplied with a stainless steel lid. The B22351 Free Standing Plaster Of Paris Preparation Sink includes a drainage board which can be situated either on the left-hand or right-hand of the unit. The plaster of paris sink includes four stainless steel legs with adjustable foot pieces. The adjustable foot pieces allow easy levelling on the floor during installation. The unit is easy to install with it being simply positioned within the preparation area and plumbed-in. The preparation sink is suitable for use with wall mounted tapware that is plumbed into the wall above the unit. Where deck mounted tapware is required, tapholes can be provided pre-drilled into the tap landing.
