Type P insulated food containers hold prepared food warm during holding and transport. Available in 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 or 80 L sizes for 3, 9, 12, 15, 18 or 24 food insert pans respectively. Grade 304 stainless steel, double-wall insulated body, included insulated gasketed clamp-down main lid, radiused corners and drop-down handles. Food insert pans and their lids are optional and supplied separately. Not for cooking. Manufactured in South Africa.

Product overview
Basterfield E55115 Type P insulated food containers are stainless steel carriers for holding prepared food warm and transporting it from a central kitchen to a serving point. The range suits institutional catering, school meal distribution, hotels, restaurants and off-site catering.
The Grade 304 stainless steel body has double-wall insulated construction and radiused internal corners. The included main lid is insulated and is secured by clamps against a gasket. Drop-down side handles provide carrying points.
Select a 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 or 80 L model to match the food volume and required food-pan arrangement. Food insert pans and their individual lids are optional accessories and supplied separately; the main insulated container lid is included.
Insulation helps keep prepared food warm during holding and transport. Retention depends on loading temperature, fill level, surrounding conditions and lid opening. The container is for holding food warm and transport; it is not a cooking appliance.
